Enable is operated by Paddy McGrath. Our registered email address is hello@enablemore.ai. For the purposes of UK data protection law, Paddy McGrath is the data controller.

We collect personal data when you choose to contact us or complete a free Snapshot. Specifically:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your organisation
• Your role or job title
• Which service you are enquiring about
• The message you send us
• If you complete a free Snapshot, your Snapshot type, education sector, setting, your answers and the written result we send you

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or behavioural analytics. If we introduce analytics in future, this policy will be updated and any necessary consent obtained first.

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Respond to your enquiry
• Follow up if appropriate to the nature of your request
• Provide and email your free Snapshot result
• Understand anonymised patterns in the types of organisations seeking support

We will not use your data for marketing without your explicit consent, and we will never sell or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

We process your data on the basis of legitimate interest: you have contacted us with a specific enquiry, and responding to that enquiry is the purpose for which the data is collected. Where you explicitly request to be kept informed of news or opportunities, we will process your data on the basis of consent.

We retain contact enquiry and Snapshot data for up to 12 months from the date of first contact, or until the matter is fully resolved, whichever is sooner. After this period, data is deleted unless an ongoing relationship requires otherwise.

We do not share your personal data with third parties except where required by law or to operate our email service provider, Resend, which delivers the emails you request from us. We ensure appropriate data processing agreements are in place with service providers and will update this policy if that changes.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Request that we restrict how we use your data
• Object to our processing of your data
• Request a portable copy of your data

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. We would always prefer to resolve concerns directly first.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects when it was last revised. Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
